Mango Milk Shake – A refreshing summer drink

 

Ripe Mango Milk Shake” is rich in fiber and vitamin A.  It is most popular drink in the summer months in India.

4 cups milk
4 cups canned mango pulp 
a pinch of caramom powder cardamom seeds
1 tbsp. sugar or sugar to taste

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then pour into individual glasses, and serve.
